2. How do I book a service?
Head to our Contact or Booking page, fill out the form with your project details, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

3. Do you work with personal brands or just businesses?
Both! We help personal brands, entrepreneurs, and established businesses create strong visual and digital identities.

4. Where are you based? Do you travel?
We’re based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, but we’re available for travel nationwide (and internationally, if the project is right).

5. What is your pricing?

6. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for certain services and larger projects. We’ll discuss payment options during our consultation call.

7. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and give us time to develop a strategy that fits your vision.

8. What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?
Typically 2–3 weeks for photos and 3–4 weeks for videos, depending on the scope of the project. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

9. Can I get raw footage or unedited photos?
We focus on delivering a polished final product that reflects The Xopey Brand’s quality. Raw files are not included, but special arrangements can be discussed.

10. Do you help with social media strategy after the content is delivered?
Absolutely. We can build full strategies, schedule your content, manage your accounts, and even run campaigns — all designed to help you maximize your investment.

11. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things happen. Please give us at least 7 days' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in our contract.
